U.S. LOCATIONSThe Investment Banking Institute offers full training services throughout North America and Europe. All locations are modern business offices, which incorporate state of the art technologies to promote a professional working and learning environment. Our US locations are detailed below, to see locations in Canada and across Europe, please click "International", above.A selection of freshly brewed coffees, teas, and filtered water are always ready at all locations before and after class, as well as at the breaks, free of charge. Our New York headquarters feature a business lounge with large, comfortable sofa-chairs and a flat-screen TV where trainees who arrive early can access the internet from their laptops. Being located directly across from Grand Central Station provides not only ease of access to our office, but also the GC food court and dozens of other restaurants within 1 or 2 blocks; there are many options for a convenient meal before class. Our kitchen includes snack machines, a refrigerator, and microwave. You are welcome to arrive early, and eat lunch/dinner before class begins. NEW YORK (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our main offices located at The Helmsley Building on Park Avenue, Tenth Floor, in Midtown Manhattan. The Helmsley Building, built in 1929, and awarded office building of the year in 2006, emphasizes classical form and style with its elaborate Beaux Arts architecture. It is a Park Avenue Landmark and houses many securities firms, hedge funds, and law offices. The Helmsley Building is located directly North of the Metlife building, across the street from Grand Central Station, making the location easily accessible by subway and Metro-North railroad.
BOSTON (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the conference room of our Boston office located in the downtown financial district at 225 Franklin Street, 26th Floor. The building is recently renovated and has an outdoor plaza, coffee shop, and on-site parking. The Government Center subway station is close by.
WASHINGTON DC (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our Washington office located at
Washington Square Center in the heart of the Central Business District, three blocks from the White House and the World Bank. There is a five star restaurant on site, Postal Service, and a fitness center. The Farragut North Metro Station is conveniently located in the lower level of the building.
CHICAGO (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the conference room of our Chicago Rosemont office in the Rosemont Convention District, a few blocks from O'Hare International Airport, and diagonally across from the Rosemont Convention Center. Located near the beautiful Catherine Chevalier Woods Forest Preserve, this prestigious office complex is less than 500 feet from the Rosemont "L" stop on the blue line; it offers easy access to the Kennedy Expressway, and free parking is available from the Bryn Mawr Ave entrance into the parking lot. The office is near many fine hotels, restaurants, and shopping.
CHARLOTTE (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our Charlotte facility, located in the Hixon Building, a Class A office facility, in the Ballantyne Corporate Park of south Charlotte, North Carolina. Ballantyne Corporate Park, a 535-acre master-planned office and first-class business community currently includes over 3 million square feet of Class A office space and is the choice for Fortune 500 and Fortune 700 Headquarters, plus home to Lending Tree and ESPN Regional Television.
ATLANTA (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our Atlanta office at the Midtown Promenade II located in the heart of Midtown at the prestigious corner of Peachtree Street and 15th Street. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there is a covered parking deck, coffee shop, and cafeteria on site. The Four Seasons Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, and Sheraton Colony Square Center are all within 2 blocks. A MARTA rail station is located across 15th Street, and there are many renowned restaurants in the area.
DALLAS (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our Dallas (Irving) office, located in the Millennium Center at the Urban Towers, in the Las Colinas Business Park in Irving. Prestigious Las Colinas is located on Highway 114, 10 minutes from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. On the 16th floor, with windows on both sides offering panoramic views of Lake Carolyn and the Las Colinas Country Club, our Dallas facility is state of the art. Parking is available on site, along with a deli, ATMs, and other conveniences; hotels are within walking distance.
HOUSTON (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our North Houston office, located at the International Energy Center, 10 miles North of downtown Houston at the intersection of I-45, and the Sam Houston Tollway. The building features a beautiful indoor atrium, surface and covered parking, and a ground floor deli. The Energy Center hosts prominent Houston businesses and is a striking glass mirrored structure, easily accessible from Intercontinental Airport as well as Downtown.
PHILADELPHIA (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our Philadelphia office in the heart of the business district. Center Square, also known as the "Clothes Pin Building" is a landmark highrise, convenient to all of downtown Philadelphia. There is easy access to major highways, and the regional transportation network, including trains to the suburbs and Philadelphia International Airport. Amtrak train service, with easy access to NYC and Washington DC, leaves from the concourse level of the building. There is a restaurant, convenience store, and bank located in the atrium. A variety of hotels, restaurants, and famous sites are located within walking distance.
SAN FRANCISCO (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the training room of our San Francisco office at 580 California Street, on the twelfth floor, in the Financial District. 580 California is one block over from the Bank of America Building, the largest building in San Francisco and the second tallest after the Transamerica Pyramid. 580 California is easily one of the most beautiful buildings in San Francisco, with a two story lobby accented by handcrafted ornamental lanterns and twelve shrouded statues in front of its mansard roof. Known as the "Corporate Goddesses," the statues are one of the most recognizable features of any building in the area, they were designed by Muriel Castanis, and stand 12 feet tall each. 580 California is home to Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab, and offers all of the benefits of being located in the financial district such as easy access to restaurants, banks, hotels, and parking.
LOS ANGELES (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held in the conference room of our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office at the Continental Grand Plaza, located four minutes from Los Angeles International airport with convenient access to freeways and the Metro Green Line. The plaza is a new six story building, featuring impressive views onto the California mountain range; it is considered the premiere Class A mid-rise office building in El Segundo. The location is well placed for restaurants, retail outlets, and hotels. Covered parking is accessible on site.
